Who operates this experience

Retail Therapy is operated by Tooig Ltd. Privacy contact: [email to be supplied]. Governing country and any local privacy contact details will be added before public launch.

Information we use

• Account: your email address and authentication data when you sign up or sign in. Supabase provides authentication; Retail Therapy does not receive your password in plain text.
• Bag: product concept IDs, selected model previews, quantities and your account ID, stored with your Supabase account in namespaced Retail Therapy metadata. If the dedicated Retail Therapy bag table is available, the app uses that table instead.
• James chat: your message, a short recent conversation, and the selected product’s description are sent to our James server route. When configured, the Nineth model service processes this context to generate a reply. If unavailable, a labeled scripted reply is returned. This app does not save chat history to a Retail Therapy database; the current conversation stays in your page session. The model provider may process request data under its own service terms.
• Country and device: an approximate country header from the hosting platform, when present, or your browser region, to display an illustrative currency. We use local browser storage and a signed cookie to count five guest James messages per device.

Why we use it

We use this information to run account sign-in, show and save your bag, answer James messages, apply the guest chat limit, protect the service, and display location-aware illustrative prices. There is no payment processing or order fulfillment in this version.

Sharing and storage

Supabase processes account and bag data for us. Our hosting provider handles requests and may provide the approximate country header. Nineth receives chat context when live model replies are enabled. We do not sell personal data through this experience. Account and bag records remain until you delete them or ask us to remove them, subject to any necessary operational retention. Guest count storage lasts until cleared by you or expires as described in the Cookie Notice.

Your choices

You can browse without an account. You can stop sending James messages, clear local browser storage and cookies, or request access to or deletion of your Retail Therapy account and bag data through [contact email to be supplied]. Applicable rights and response procedures will depend on the governing country once confirmed.
