What Retail Therapy is
Retail Therapy is a concept shopping experience operated by Tooig Ltd. Products, images, descriptions, device variants and prices are illustrative. They do not represent stocked goods or binding offers. You can browse, speak with James and save items to a bag, but checkout and payment are not available.
Your account
An account is required to save a bag and to continue chatting after five guest messages on a device. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and may ask us to delete your Retail Therapy data using the contact email once supplied.
James and product guidance
James provides conversational suggestions. Replies may be generated by an AI service or by a labeled scripted demo fallback. They can be inaccurate. Check any material, sizing, compatibility or other product detail independently before relying on it. The current phone model selector is a concept preview and does not verify fit.
Acceptable use
Use the experience lawfully and respectfully. Do not try to disrupt the service, access another person’s account or bag, automate excessive requests, or submit content that violates another person’s rights. We may limit access to protect the service and its users.
Ownership and availability
The Retail Therapy name, original concepts, interface, artwork and James character are provided for this experience. Do not copy or commercially reuse them without permission. We may change, pause or end the concept experience, including products and features, at any time.

Adding something to your bag does not create an order, reserve an item or charge you. If purchasing becomes available later, we will provide separate checkout information and applicable purchase terms before any payment.
